Comfort: You’d be hard pressed to find a pair of pillows at this price with this level of comfort. We absolutely loved them. After almost 2 weeks sleeping on them, so far so good, we will report back if they flatten out. The Sleepgram pillows seem to have great resiliency and fluff right back up nicely. 3-in-1 Versatility: Inside the pillow are two removable interior pillows, the pillow bag is also filled. Though changing out the pillow inserts is relatively easy with some tucking. We’re not completely sure removing both equates to a pillow as it is pretty flat with no inserts. With both removed the pillow provides very little cushion.
Cool & Allergy Free: They do seem to remain cool throughout during slumber so we found that we weren’t flipping the pillow over and over. The Sleepgram pillow is allergen-free and uses silky-soft polyester microfiber down-alternative so won’t have to worry about allergies as with a Down-fill.
Wrap Up: Sleepgram’s Pillow is a 3-in-1 adjustable that comes with two interior pillows you mix and match for a soft, medium or firm experience. We found the pillow to be incredibly comfortable and the Down fill alternative Microfiber is nice and lofty. They’re cool and have cotton covers so they’re easily washable too. We recommend them for comfort and bang for buck.
Side Sleeping: Side sleepers need a firm pillow to keep their neck supported and their head elevated. Your pillow shouldn’t collapse if you want it to support your head and shoulders. I find that the Sleepgram pillow retains its shape better than most.

Excellent For Side Sleepers: The Sleepgram pillow is excellent for side sleepers, and they recommend using both the soft (blue tab) and medium (red tab) inserts together with the outer cover to get a more firm pillow setting in order to optimize sleep and eliminate neck and shoulder pain.

Great For Stomach Sleepers: There’s a reason stomach sleepers LOVE this pillow, and it’s because the soft setting (blue tab) is the perfect combination of soft, thin, yet supportive. Sleepgram recommends adjusting the pillow to the soft setting for stomach sleepers.

Great For Back Sleepers: The setting for back sleepers also works great for side sleepers who prefer less loft, but still need that support. For back sleepers and side sleepers who want less loft you would put in the medium insert (red tab). Back sleepers who need a pillow to stop snoring should use both tabs to get more loft, to help stop snoring.
